底涂，是保定環氧地坪漆施工工藝中最重要的一步，只有這一步做好了，才能夠繼續在基面上面進行下一步涂裝。所以，一般對用于保定環氧地坪涂裝的底漆的要求為：應與基材有良好的附著力；本身具有良好的機械強度；對底材具有良好的保護性能和不起不利的副作用；能為以后的涂層創造良好的基礎，不能含有滲入上層涂膜引起弊病的組分；更要具有良好的施工性和干燥性。

須在基面充分干燥、無異物的情況下進行，對地面必須進行清掃處理，對不符合要求的地面應及時向項目經理反映。

面涂料施工完，并完全固化后，一般應在面涂料施工24h以上方可上人，72小時后方可重壓。（25℃為準，低溫開放時間需適度延長。）
