要想根治墻面污染，就要了解墻面污染來源。一般來說，來源有2種：一是交叉施工導致地面泥漿或保定環氧地坪漆、著色劑等濺到墻面上；二是在施工前，施工人員沒有對已完工墻面進行有效保護，保定環氧地坪漆施工時也沒有留心，導致地面材料沾染到墻面。

而對于因墻面保護不到位導致的污染，就需要保定環氧地坪施工團隊在施工保定環氧地坪前，采用塑料薄膜，或裝修專用保護膜、美紋紙等對已施工完的墻裙、檣柱腳進行覆蓋保護，待完工后撕去保護膜即可。當然，如果是采用滾涂、鏝涂方法施工重慶保定環氧地坪漆，操作足夠小心的話，也可以不用保護膜，具體還需依據實際情況來判斷。

若墻面污染已經發生，施工團隊就要搶時補救，盡快用鏟子或膩刀鏟除污染物，對于難清除的著色劑或地坪漆就用強溶劑型清除劑清洗，或用脫漆劑溶解，再用鏟子清理干凈。待污染物清理完畢后，用砂紙對墻面上部及墻角底部殘留進行細致打磨，直至露出原墻石膏或膩子底，再補刷墻漆。
